Registration terms and refund policy
These terms apply when you register for the Idaho Narcotics Officers' Association (INOA) annual training conference. You agree to them by ticking the box on the registration form before you pay.

Who can register

One registration covers one person. INOA may decline a registration; if we do, we refund it in full.
Fee and payment
The fee is per person, in US dollars, and is shown on the registration page before you pay. It is paid by credit or debit card on Stripe’s checkout page. There is no card surcharge and no other fee.
Your registration is complete once your payment goes through. Stripe emails your receipt to the address you registered with.
Refunds and cancellations

To cancel, email idahoinoa@gmail.com from the address you registered with and include your registration reference (it starts with INOA, and is on your confirmation page). Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 business days to return the money.

If the conference changes

Hotels and other sites
Hotel rooms are booked directly with the hotel, under the hotel’s own terms, even when INOA has arranged a room block. Links to other sites are for your convenience; INOA isn’t responsible for their content.
Liability

Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. The terms you agreed to when you registered are the ones that apply to your registration. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
